It's more than a job As a Power Platform Developer (Mid - Senior), you will design, develop, test and support business applications and automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. Working closely with business stakeholders, analysts and technical teams, you will translate business requirements into scalable and reliable solutions that improve efficiency, productivity and user experience. You will be responsible for the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment and ongoing support. The role focuses on hands-on development using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions. Success in this role is measured through the quality, reliability, user adoption and business value of the solutions delivered. Your Tasks and Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse. Develop and support conversational and AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio when applicable. Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Build integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse and other enterprise systems. Develop custom connectors, APIs and Azure-based integrations where required. Troubleshoot, maintain and optimise existing applications and automation solutions. Participate in testing, deployment and release management activities. Apply software development best practices, including source control, documentation and code reviews. Ensure solutions comply with security, governance and data protection standards. Provide production support, incident resolution and continuous improvement activities. Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, business analysts, architects and platform administrators. Contribute to development standards, reusable components and best practices within the Power Platform environment. ### Your Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2.5+ years of professional experience in software development, application development or business automation. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse. Experience developing and supporting business applications and workflows. Experience working with APIs, integrations and enterprise data sources. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint and Teams. Familiarity with source control tools such as Git and development lifecycle best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. ### Nice to Have Experience with Copilot Studio, AI-powered solutions and Generative AI technologies. Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud integrations. Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security and Centre of Excellence (CoE) practices. Microsoft Power Platform or Azure certifications. Experience with RPA, OCR or intelligent document processing solutions.
