At Kuehne+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine. ‎ Lead and grow Project Logistics operations for the Oil & Gas and industrial sectors in Venezuela, driving business development, customer retention, and successful project execution. This role offers the opportunity to work with complex logistics solutions, collaborate across global teams, and make a direct impact on business growth and customer success. How you create impact Develop and strengthen relationships with customers, agents, contractors, and carriers to drive long-term business growth. Identify and secure new opportunities within the energy and industrial project logistics market. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex project logistics operations across Venezuela. Promote a strong culture of compliance, QSHE, and operational excellence across all activities. Lead, coach, and develop the Project Logistics team through performance management and KPI monitoring. What we would like you to bring Mandatory Requirements Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial or project-focused roles. Solid knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms) and logistics operations. Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal. Availability to travel domestically and internationally. ### Preferred Qualifications 4 to 6 years of experience in ocean freight, air freight, and inland transportation operations. Experience within project logistics, industrial projects, or the Oil & Gas sector. Proficiency in MS Office tools and project management platforms such as MS Project or Planner. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to perform effectively in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
