At Kuehne+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine. ‎ Drive air logistics growth by combining customer care excellence with proactive sales and business development. ### How you create impact - Take the lead in monitoring and driving sales activities to achieve business targets Proactively identify and nurture sales-qualified prospects, converting them into profitable and sustainable business opportunities - Conduct regular reviews of sales leads and customer portfolios with key stakeholders - Perform market research on pricing and product competitiveness, aligning closely with the pricing team Act as a bridge between customers and Customer Care Locations (CCL), sharing feedback and supporting issue resolution - Lead onboarding and implementation of new customers, ensuring smooth operational handover and SOP alignment - Maintain and update customer information in internal systems accurately - Drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through high service quality in collaboration with CCL What we would like you to bring - Strong understanding of Air Logistics / Freight Forwarding industry - Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer management - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills What's in it for you At Kuehne+Nagel, you’ll be part of a global logistics leader that believes in creating real impact—on business, on customers, and on careers.
