At Kuehne+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine. ‎ Como parte de nuestro equipo de Sea Logistics, serás responsable de coordinar y dar seguimiento a procesos operativos de importación marítima, asegurando la correcta gestión documental y liberación de embarques. How you create impact Gestionar el proceso de preaviso, incluyendo la revisión, generación y validación de documentación y soportes. Enviar notificaciones de arribo completas al equipo de CCL nacional, asegurando la correcta documentación del embarque. Analizar la información contenida en MBL, BAL y documentos comerciales, identificando y gestionando posibles inconsistencias. Solicitar y dar seguimiento a correcciones de documentación con origen y/o navieras. Gestionar instrucciones y documentación necesaria para la liberación de embarques con navieras y consolidadoras. Dar seguimiento a la liberación en destino y resolver incidencias relacionadas con las instrucciones de liberación. Gestionar solicitudes de pago a proveedores y realizar el cierre de tareas operativas correspondientes. Mantener actualizada la matriz documental de preavisos. What we would like you to bring Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en Freight Forwarding o navieras. Inglés intermedio-avanzado. Experiencia o conocimiento en operaciones marítimas de importación. Proactividad y autonomía, anticipándose a posibles inconvenientes y tomando iniciativa para resolverlos. Alta capacidad de resolución de problemas. Alta atención al detalle y capacidad para gestionar múltiples procesos simultáneamente.
