At Kuehne+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine. ### Job Purpose The role supports daily supply chain compliance and operational excellence activities while ensuring accurate and timely data for internal stakeholders. The position proactively monitors account performance metrics, drives continuous improvement, and maintains data quality through exception management. ### Main Responsibilities Identifies operational issues and implements preventive solutions to avoid service failures and support operational excellence. Sets up and maintains system-generated reports to ensure accurate, timely, and visible shipment data for customers. Coordinates with global stations to secure timely responses and reinforces adherence to SOP requirements. Resolves conflicts among origins, destinations, carriers, and suppliers through fact‑based analysis and local handling where possible. Shares best practices across stations to support customer growth and enhance overall service quality. Prepares and delivers data quality reports (daily to yearly) to CCL/OCC team and internal stakeholders in an organized and timely manner. Collaborates with internal departments to meet SLA standards and ensure operational commitments for key ISC customers. Builds strong internal network relationships, maintains up‑to‑date account documentation, drives process visibility, leads corrective actions, and co‑creates continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the supply chain value roadmap. Serves as the primary customer contact, managing daily inquiries, clarifications, and escalations with professionalism and urgency. Delivers proactive communication on shipment status, service updates, and potential disruptions to maintain transparency and trust. Facilitates customer meetings and calls, ensuring alignment on operational priorities, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives. Builds long-term customer relationships by consistently demonstrating accountability, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented mindset. ### Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, order management, retail, or a related industry. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Familiarity with logistics and supply chain systems such as KN systems, TMS, ESP, Infor Nexus, and KN Login is an advantage. Strong analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations. Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage large volumes of data accurately. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform well under pressure. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
