## Job description
- 参与公司员工日常活动的策划、组织和运营，不断探索新玩法，及时发现和解决活动问题；
- 参与集团项目的设计与运营，内容与社群运营，通过有趣生动的文字引伙伴参与并主动进行传播；
- 可以通过视频、海报、文字等多种方式在集团内多宣传渠道进行内容传播。
- 本科及以上学历，新闻传播专业优先；
- 每周线下到岗实习4-5天，至少实习3个月；
- 擅长写作，有良好的信息整合和独立撰稿能力；
- 创意十足、逻辑清晰，具备基础的海报制作、视频拍剪能力。
