## Job description
- 负责企业文化相关稿件的采访与撰写，主要方向为人物故事、技术案例等深度内容，需独立完成采访整理与成稿；
- 参与企业文化短视频拍摄，需要表演出镜；
- 负责日常社群运营，支持部门基础工作。
- 文字表达能力强，有人物采访、深度报道或技术内容写作经验优先，需提供作品；
- 有表演出镜经历优先，或做过自媒体、主播；
- 本科及以上学历在校生，可实习3个月以上，每周出勤不少于4天。
