## Job description
- 协助开展人力资源系统项目全流程，包括需求沟通、蓝图设计、数据分析、输出系统方案、系统测试等；
- 协助跟进系统上线后的使用效果、日常运营；定性定量分析用户调研反馈，优化系统功能设计，持续推进员工满意度的提升；
- 完成上级领导安排的其他工作。
- 统招本科及以上学历在校生，人力资源管理、经济学、统计学、计算机等相关专业；
- 有HR项目管理、产品运营等实习或项目经验优先；
- 对人力资源系统工作感兴趣，熟悉基本的需求分析方法和数据分析方法，会使用Tableau系统加分；
- 有创新意识，逻辑分析能力强，目标导向思考，较强的执行力，善于把控并推动项目进行，同时对产品有一定理解；
- 每周出勤4-5天，连续实习3个月以上优先。
