## Job description
- 负责快手海外新回承接方向，不断优化新回用户体验，提升新回用户LT；

### 内容体验
- 通过优化内容推荐策略提升新回用户LT；

### 激励体验
- 通过优化激励玩法/触达/数值等策略提升新回用户LT；

### 触达体验
- 通过优化PUSH/Whatsap等触达策略提升新回用户LT；

### 性能体验
- 通过优化新回用户性能体验提升新回用户LT；

### 渠道承接
- 通过不同的策略承接不同的渠道用户从而提升新回用户LT。
- 本科及以上学历，1-3年互联网产品经验，有内容推荐/激励/PUSH/裂变等产品经验者优先；

### 注重方法论
- 不断思考问题的本质，提炼问题拆解的业务框架，制定对应的策略打法；

### 责任心强
- 有要性，自我驱动，目标导向，能对业务结果负责；

### 执行力强
- 具备一定的抗压能力，较强的推动能力和跨团队沟通能力；

### 数据驱动
- 数据敏感，做好业务指标建设和数据异动归因，并基于数据洞察推动策略优化。
