## Job description

1、内容产出：负责平台图文笔记的撰写;能根据热点内容结合产品及品牌需求产出图片、文案，定期进行作品的选题、制图、发布、分发，并进行评论区导流和账号维护； 2、账号运营：运营平台账号，按需求进行账号开设、人设包装、评论导流、内容迭代、数据记录、内容复盘、限流反馈等，配合执行项目其他事宜。
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限，新闻传播学、网络与新媒体、广告学、汉语言文学等相关专业优先；
- 对新媒体或内容营销感兴趣，重度互联网冲浪选手，擅长捕捉网络热点，能从用户角度出发进行选题和内容撰写；
- 有内容理解力及审美，学习能力较强，思维活跃,能独立思考并进行选题、撰写文案标题、图片美化；
- 有充裕时间参与实习工作，可线上实习(实习初期最好可线下快速熟悉工作)，工作时间保证能及时沟通，能够配合完成每天的内容创作要求；
- 加分项:使用AIGC工具撰写过笔记或文案，小红书/抖音/B站/微博等平台资深玩家，有内容运营经验者优先。 【如有自媒体账号、尤其是小红书笔记等作品可随简历附上或面试前分享】
