## Job description
- 负责内容生产方向的用户创作意图激发、创作链路体验，为创作活跃负责；
- 深入理解创作者的各类需求，结合需求和场景设计产品机制或能力，促进用户的生产积极性；
- 理解作者和读者间的消费互动关系，设计合理的激励机制和反馈体验，优化作者的创作体验和满意度；
- 高效联动跨部门团队，促进达成团队目标。
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网产品经验或对应能力；
- 熟悉短视频行业、有短视频社区或拍摄/剪辑工具经验者优先；有创作者服务、作者激励、用户体系搭建经验者优先；自身是视频/内容平台创作者优先；
- 较好的数据敏感性，数据分析和迭代的能力强；
- 具备优秀的产品理解能力，逻辑清晰，抗压和沟通协调能力强。
