## Job description

### 负责快手生活服务直播间的搭建和优化
- 以成交量和GMV为目标，从主播和观众两类角色的视角切入，搭建和优化生活服务直播间；
- 在主播侧完善主播直播工具，提供更多符合生活服务直播和交易场景的主播能力，促进主播开播意愿，提升主播开播效率；
- 在用户侧完善直播间生活服务的场景感知，优化直播间氛围，丰富直播间的展示和交互体验，提升用户的购买意愿，促进用户的购买转化率；
- 关注行业动态，高频分析市场同类产品，输出产品发展趋势分析和迭代方案，并推动落地实施，保障用户交易体验；
- 同运营、商务等业务团队紧密合作，多角度分析业务数据和用户反馈，持续优化产品。
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网产品相关经验，有电商直播类产品相关背景优先；
- 有责任心，在工作中积极主动，能够适应高节奏的工作环境，愿意在工作中输出自己的想法和观点；
- 数据敏感度强，能够通过数据结果指导产品设计，并善于深入分析数据，提供业务洞察，挖掘业务机会点；
- 沟通能力强，能够和多团队保持高效沟通，推动产品方案的落地实施，保证产品的开发进度、质量与发布上线。
