## Job description
- 通过活动运营、创作者运营、功能玩法运营等形式来带动用户在快手进行内容发布和社交；
- 兼顾快手火崽崽官号视频剪辑和发布，包括内容策划、选题执行等，通过优质内容提升账号粉丝量、互动率及IP影响力；
- 独立完成主题活动策划、项目上线推进、活动页面搭建、资源位投放和达人邀约，通过活动过程精细化运营管理，达成活动目标；
- 参与创作者和活动日常运营和建联维护，联动热点相关数据分析等工作，数据敏感且分析能力强，能高效产出数据结论。
- 有内容社区运营、活动运营实习经历者优先，活动上线期间需要oncall，对爆款内容和涨粉有较强内容sense，对短视频拍摄手法、各类挑战赛、热门梗、头部社区达人有了解；
- 熟悉红抖快等主流内容社区平台风格，了解二次元、游戏、萌宠等年轻女性向品类深度用户优先，思维活跃网感好，对热门内容有自己的看法；
- 逻辑清晰，对数据敏感，良好的数据分析能力是加分项；
- 有强烈的责任感，良好的沟通能力，善于学习，目标结果导向，自驱力强，执行力强，追求高标准，不断自我迭代保持学习；
- 一周保证线下5天，能实习6个月以上。
