## Job description
- 负责日常财管支持工作，包括损益管理分析、预算资源管理、财务流程支持、风险管理等；
- 持续开展业务经营状况的洞察分析，及时发现并预警业务运营中的潜在风险，参与商业规则制定，输出分析结论、效果跟进报告和相关财务建议，为关键事项或空白点提供决策建议；
- 为管理层准备管理/分析报告，及时反映业务运行情况，识别财务/内控风险，提供管理决策建议；
- 支持行业竞品调研与分析。
- 本科及以上学历，实习阶段有企业财务分析岗位经历者优先；
- 具财务相关专业能力，熟悉财、税、法相关知识，并能运用到财务管理中；
- 良好的数据敏感度，逻辑性强，能够快速构建数据间的勾稽关系；
- 具有责任心及自驱力，良好的表达与沟通能力、跨团队合作精神和抗压能力。
