## Job description
- 负责快手视频消费场景的探索，参与到服务用户的基础体验；
- 主动挖掘产品需求和业务改进点，帮助用户构建消费场景和关系；
- 通过产品设计提升用户消费时长、活跃等核心指标。
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上用户产品经验；
- 对消费产品方向有强烈的热情和深入的理解，善于发现用户痛点，判断优先级；
- 较强的逻辑思维能力和分析问题、解决问题的能力，善于归纳总结问题，注重过程和结果，关注细节，抗压能力强；
- 自我驱动力强，能够清楚描述问题，各类内容 / 社区产品深度用户优先。
