## Job description
- 设计与搭建快手百亿流量的个性化推荐系统，参与推荐系统架构迭代演进；
- 从业务、系统、策略、服务、模块等方面全面优化推荐系统性能，提高资源效率；
- 与算法、基础平台等部门协作，设计并优化算法平台，提升业务指标和迭代效率。
- 扎实的C++ / Java 代码功底，有较强的工程实现能力, 有良好的代码风格；
- 熟练掌握服务性能分析与优化相关技能；
- 熟悉推荐系统，对特征处理、模型预估等核心模块有一定了解；
- 责任心强，积极主动, 不断的优化整个系统；
- 有大规模数据处理、高并发服务，或搜广推系统开发经验优先。
