## Job description
- 深度参与对话系统研发，参与智能客服算法的设计与实现，确保系统高效、精准地响应用户需求；
- 紧跟行业动态，探索LLM大模型技术应用于智能客服场景，提升服务质量和用户体验；
- 跟进LLM大模型与会话记录、知识文档及业务接口等外部数据的结合，探索大模型在实际业务中的创新应用和落地。
- 本科及以上学历，计算机及大模型相关背景/专业优先，对LLM大模型、问答系统、语义匹配等有一定理解和实践；
- 熟悉信息检索、自然语言处理、数据挖掘、机器学习等，熟练使用C/C++或Python；
- 具备独立分析和问题解决的能力，并且有优秀的理解和沟通能力；有文本语义相似度、文本分类、UGC数据挖掘、Topic Model、知识图谱等技术研发经验优先，有搜索、广告、大数据等大型项目经验优先。
