## Job description
- 参与整个广告投放全链路工作，优化商业化广告的投放效果及性能；
- 基于广告的海量投放数据，完善用户/广告维度的投放监控系统，提供投放分析和优化工具；
- 对接公司基础运维平台，提升业务部署能力，降低部署和管理成本；
- 熟悉业务，规划改善业务监控，改进监控手段和报警策略，提升报警有效性；
- 熟悉linux 操作系统和 Docker 虚拟化管理, 分析定位系统、硬件级异常对业务的影响。
- 具备 C/C++ 语言基础；
- 熟练使用 Clickhouse/Grafana/ES 开源系统；
- 熟练使用 shell/python 脚本语言开发工具包；
- 较好的沟通和语言表达能力善于团队合作。
