## Job description
- 参与语音识别、语音合成、声纹识别和音频大模型建设；
- 推动语音技术与大模型技术融合，参与设计开发语音交互链路；
- 参与语音训练、实验与测评，探索业界前沿技术在业务中的落地与指标优化。
- 计算机、数学、统计学、人工智能或相关专业的学士、硕士或博士学位；
- 对语音音频信号处理，声学建模，语言模型和大模型有一定理解；
- 在语音识别，合成，声纹，副语言等领域有深入研究和实践经验；
- 有实际在推动语音识别，合成，理解等任务中取得重大成果或性能提升者优先；
- 尽快到岗、可长期实习者优先。
