## Job description
- 投放端，参与快手效果广告投放策略能力建设，包括召回到精排的策略设计和优化工作，学习和理解竞价广告投放机制；
- 变现端，洞察用户在看剧等场景下的核心诉求，通过数据分析和动机情感判断，制定深度变现策略，提升变现效率；
- 具有较强的数据分析能力，了解ab实验机制并熟练使用，能从case通过数据分析洞察问题；
- 与算法、研发及运营团队紧密配合，了解客户需求，从行业广告主诉求出发，能独立完成PRD和产品原型设计，推进项目上线。 1、28届本科及以上学历，计算机/软件/统计/数学及相关专业优先； 2、对数据有敏感度，有数据分析能力，能用sql完成较复杂的问题分析（必要条件）； 3、有至少1段互联网产品经理实习经验，有商业化/视频/内容付费类实习经历优先； 4、目标导向，具备较好沟通能力，能协同项目相关方推进项目落地并拿到结果，有一定抗压能力，能够快速适应变化。
