## Job description

1、base快手双列发现页团队，通过持续分析用户需求、优化推荐策略，提升用户消费规模和留存指标； 2、充分理解短视频内容推荐链路，与算法紧密配合，完成对推荐的全链路优化，促进不同目标完成； 3、跟踪项目推进过程，把控开发质量和进度，对项目的最终结果负责； 4、紧密关注行业动态，对重点变化研究分析。
- 本科及以上学历，有推荐&搜索策略相关经验优先；
- 数据sense好，能够敏锐基于用户诉求和数据总结问题，可应用SQL、Excel等工具做分析；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和项目推动能力，做事负责有反馈；
- 能够保证3个月以上实习期。
