## Job description

### 负责 Agentic Coding 相关产品的整体规划与落地，包括但不限于
- AI Coding Agent 的能力设计（Planning、Tool Use、Multi-step Reasoning、Memory、Reflection 等），编码、调试、测试、重构、代码审查等 Agentic 工作流设计；
- 深度理解 LLM 在软件工程场景中的能力边界与工程约束，将模型能力转化为稳定、可规模化的产品功能；

### 与算法、工程团队紧密协作，推动
- Prompt / Tool / Agent 框架设计，模型能力评估与迭代（如代码正确率、执行成功率、任务完成率等）；

### 设计和优化 AI Coding 产品的用户体验，包括
- IDE / Web / CLI 等使用形态、Human-in-the-loop 交互机制、失败兜底与可解释性设计；
- 持续跟进 AI Coding、Agent、LLM Infra 领域的前沿进展，将研究与工程能力转化为产品竞争力；
- 参与产品上线后的数据分析、用户反馈闭环和长期路线图规划。 1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关背景优先； 2、3年及以上产品经理经验，至少 1-2年AI/智能产品相关经验； 3、对 Agentic Coding 类产品有深入理解和强烈兴趣，熟悉或实际使用过以下方向中的多个：AI Coding Assistant（如 Code Agent / SWE Agent / 自动修 Bug / 自动写 PR 等），多 Agent / Tool-using Agent / Planning + Execution 架构，LLM 在真实工程环境中的应用（Repo-level、Task-level）； 4、具备扎实的技术理解能力，能够：阅读并理解基础代码（Python / JS / Java / C++ 任一），与算法、后端工程师进行高质量技术讨论，理解模型推理、上下文长度、工具调用、执行环境等核心概念； 5、逻辑能力强，能将复杂问题结构化拆解，并推动跨团队协作落地。
