## Job description
- 负责产品的商业化运营相关工作，参与产品优化、制定产品运营方案，包括但不限于制定产品推广策略、运营激励策略、案例和方法论挖掘等，同时定期收集反馈，优化提升产品使用率及收入；
- 深入了解业务，以提升业务体验和效率为目标，发现业务流程和产品中的优化点，通过产品化工具化形式对平台功能进行优化迭代，做到最大化业务赋能；
- 参与研究分析当地商业化相关趋势，为内部和客户提供相应信息支撑。
- 沟通能力强，有团队合作意识，协调组织能力强，擅长资源整合和项目管理；
- 有一定的商业产品 sense，较强的数据及分析能力，善于通过数据分析挖掘问题并提出相应运营策略；
- 有责任心有原则，做事细心，有风险意识，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识；
- 工作细致耐心，结果导向，追求卓越，自我驱动力强，责任心强，良好的团队协作能力；
- 英语出色加分，会印尼语加分。
