## Job description
- 负责快手海外内容生态策略的相关工作，提升平台用户内容满意度、创作者满意度、内容健康度；
- 基于现状和业务目标，进行问题拆解，并协助设计合理、有效的平台内容生态调控方案；
- 与数据、算法、研发、运营、产品等团队深度合作，推动跨部门合作项目落地；
- 建立数据监控体系，对策略效果进行准确评估，主动发现问题并进行持续迭代。
- 精通SQL、Python等常用数据分析语言和工具，并且有较强的自驱学习能力；
- 对数据和业务逻辑敏感，逻辑能力强，有清晰的思路和数据建模方法论，思维缜密，做事认真严谨；
- 有良好的人际沟通、协调能力，具备项目管理意识，抗压能力强；
- 本科及以上学历，工程学（计算机、数据科学与大数据技术等）、理学（数学、统计学、物理学等）、社会科学（心理学、社会学等）相关专业优先。
