## Job description
- 负责快手游戏品类内容的日常运营工作，协助参与游戏品类达人的运营，包括达人挖掘、建联、日常维护、内容指引、活动策划及资源分配等；
- 根据游戏节点、站内热点挖掘潜力内容方向，通过运营手段提升有潜力的内容规模和消费；
- 负责落地节点活动、IP系列活动并撰写对应的活动方案，全程跟进同时确保活动顺利执行无误。
- 游戏玩家，可实习时长6个月以上，每周5天全勤优先，尽快到岗；
- 主观能动性强，有较强的学习、沟通及执行能力；
- 熟练掌握Excel（尤其是vlookup函数和数据透视表），工作细致，有数据敏感度；
- 快手用户、RPG游戏玩家、崩铁资深玩家加分。
