## Job description
- 编制中后台部门的财务预测及年度预算，分析预算实际执行情况，并协助业务进行预算管理，监督业务在预算范围内完成；
- 负责中后台费用管报拆分事宜，迭代分摊逻辑，建立分摊&结算机制，提高财务数据拆分合理和准确性；
- 负责专题需求调研，进行需求分析，搭建分析框架，协同资源，并且进行各方交流确认工作；
- 与部门相关团队配合，针对具体项目，输出面向管理层的分析报告；
- 日常基本数据分析，运用财务和业务数据，挖掘数据含义，产出相关报告。
- 财务、金融、管理等本科及以上学历；
- 良好的组织、协调、项目推动和沟通能力；
- 具备优秀的学习能力、团队合作能力和抗压性。
