## Job description

1、掌握服务端、移动端、Web三端测试技能，能够独立完成跨端需求测试； 2、熟练应用AI Coding工具，参与测试Agent开发，快速成长为测试Agent开发人才。
- 熟悉常见的Agent框架，有实际落地经验者优先；
- 熟悉模型/提示词优化流程及方法，有实际落地经验者优先；
- 在校人工智能专业，有图像处理或者NLP基础知识者优先。

### AI Coding能力要求

1、必备：有AI Coding工具实战经验，能通过高质量Prompt引导AI生成可用代码； 2、加分：使用AI进行过测试用例生成、接口测试、Agent评测。
