## Job description
- 负责快手搜索在app内各渠道和场景的流量增长和策略优化；
- 深入理解短视频业务和搜索用户需求，能针对各场景渠道设计合理的机制策略；
- 从数据出发，发现新的产品增长机会或改进点，并提出切实可行的增长方案。 1、1-2年以上增长或搜索产品经验，有搜索增长经验优先； 2、对数据敏感，具备较强的逻辑思维能力，归纳总结能力强； 3、有较强的沟通能力和执行力，善于内外部推动。
