## Job description

### 产品改造与需求推进
- 参与产品的功能改造，收集和分析用户反馈，推动产品需求的实施和优化；

### 数据分析
- 利用数据分析工具监控内容表现，根据分析结果优化内容和运营策略；

### AI语聊运营支持
- 参与AI语聊功能的日常运营管理，优化用户交互体验；

### 短视频内容运营
- 负责策划、执行和优化短视频内容策略，提升视频内容的用户吸引力和互动性。

### 内容敏感度
- 具有良好的内容sense，能够快速捕捉并响应市场趋势和用户偏好；

### 数据分析能力
- 熟悉数据分析工具和方法，能够通过数据洞察驱动内容优化；

### AI语聊运营经验
- 有AI语聊运营或使用经验者优先考虑；

### 沟通能力
- 具有出色的沟通和协调能力，能够有效地与团队和跨部门协作；

### 语言能力
- 英语流利，能够作为工作语言进行日常沟通。
