## Job description
- 负责快手商业化本地客户重点行业的优化策略运营工作，包括行业、客户及产品玩法规划，对行业收入结果负责；
- 协调资源，通过对业务体系的了解和数据分析研究，制定行业发展策略并不断优化，输出行业投放策略研究并向代理商赋能培训；
- 研究行业整体趋势及不同城市市场商机，制定本地客户增长整体规划及实施方案；
- 定期分析竞争对手情况，寻找市场机会点和业务增长点。 1、3年以上广告运营经验，了解互联网效果广告行业，本地类型商家（严肃医疗）行业运营相关经验，大型甲方或互联网大厂背景优先考虑； 2、熟悉信息流产品投放逻辑，具备广告投放诊断能力； 3、具有优秀的逻辑思考和数据分析能力，协同沟通能力和自驱力强； 4、有较强的抗压能力和担当，敢于面对挑战，能够适应一定强度的出差。
