## Job description
- 负责优质内容的日常监测、数据整理、总结反馈最新生产&消费趋势；
- 负责内容策略执行，包括但不限于活动落地、用户筛选、流量投放、外包统筹等；
- 完成内容策略优化与迭代，根据执行反馈总结迭代完成策略升级。

### 内容洞察力
- 网感好，对优质内容有感知和思考，有至少一款重度使用的内容社区产品；

### 逻辑思维能力
- 能够快速梳理学习，理解项目所需；

### 富有责任心
- 自驱意识强，主动积极推进所属业务；

### 数据敏感
- 能熟练使用excel，分析并定位问题；
- 本科及以上学历，有个人自媒体、用户运营、内容运营类经验优先。
