## Job description
- 负责垂类热点挖掘与相关话题运营，提升垂类爆款话题数量，提升垂类消费；
- 持续迭代优化垂类内容理解，完善分类标签，并做好优劣质内容划分标准；
- 负责对应垂类的创作者挖掘与管理，提升优质创作者的发文以及爆款数量；
- 负责相应内容的数据整理与分析，指引运营动作调整。
- 面向26届及以下，27届优先，本科及以上学历在校生，英语能力强，会印尼语更佳；
- 了解互联网行业，对短视频有浓厚兴趣，对内容有一定敏感度；
- 适应能力强，对工作认真负责，有良好的团队协作能力；
- 能使用Office办公软件，有sql/ps基础优先；懂剪辑更佳；
- 每周北京线下实习4天以上，实习周期3个月以上。
