## Job description
- 进行系统架构分析和评估，包括可扩展性、性能、组件选型、硬件匹配等方向，并制定优化方案；
- 协同多技术团队拟定架构优化计划，推动治理工作有序进行，并能持续跟踪和分析优化效果；
- 根据业务实际需要，从“成本稳定性”考量维度参与技术架构选型、优化工作。
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，10年以上大型互联网工作经验，有大型架构治理优化项目成功落地经验、软件开发5年+的优先；
- 熟悉大型互联网技术架构，有过超大规模/超大流量系统的开发/运维/调优经验；
- 熟悉多个技术领域（Finops/混部技术/无服务架构/弹性伸缩/异构资源调度/存算分离/数据库/缓存技术/存储治理）优先；
- 良好的多团队协同能力，良好的表达能力和文档撰写能力。
