## Job description
- 负责安全合规业务用户研究工作，帮助业务理解不同风险环节下的用户特征和需求痛点，助力业务精准识别风险，优化安全产品与策略；
- 根据业务问题，能独立完成用户研究项目的需求分析、方案设计、项目执行，并输出有较强落地性的研究报告；
- 保持对业务的理解度，通过研究挖掘和寻找能帮助业务带来增量的机会；
- 前瞻性梳理、判断互联网内容型产品及相关行业的安全环境及动态，结合业务进展，进行专题的用户调研分析。 1、3年及以上市场与用户研究经验，熟悉各种研究方法，能独立完成定性定量研究项目，有安全合规研究项目经验优先； 2、具有较高安全合规意识，了解行业信息/安全合规最佳实践优先； 3、了解互联网行业，且有个人见解，对泛娱乐内容及社区生态有研究经验者优先； 4、具备良好的沟通能力和推动力，富有团队精神，具有良好的自我管理能力和执行力；
- 熟悉了解并掌握SPSS、SQL等统计软件，具备大数据分析能力者优先；
- 本科或以上学历，包括但不限于心理学、统计学、社会学、市场营销、经济学、国贸等相关专业。
