## Job description
- 负责人力预估和排班，与运营管理团队建立强有力的联系，推动有效的人力容量管理和共享最佳实践，定期复盘，确保整体人力安排最优化，且对于运营团队的排班等问题给出合理解决方案；
- 监控、监督运营管理，对发现运营管理存在的问题提供预警、恢复方案，并及时复盘，分析推动运营管理改善；
- 与运营管理团队深度合作根据团队业务变化提供可持续的现场管理改善方案。
- 能独立完成100人以上的排班、现场管理；
- 积极主动，有较好的沟通协调能力和抗压能力，以及优秀的团队合作能力；
- 具备优秀的数据敏感性和逻辑分析能力，善于发现问题并推动问题解决，同时具备良好的总结与数据报告呈现能力；
- 需要精通Excel，Word，如有SQL背景优先考虑。
