## Job description

### 线索回传
- 协助梳理各渠道常规回传规则，产出需求文档，并跟踪上线异常问题，配合技术同学推进需求落地；

### 外采线索管理
- 参与技术爬取及外部采买需求的梳理，协助输出产品需求文档，跟进线索入库进度与质量核查；

### 线索策略复盘
- 基于后端数据对不同来源线索做基础质量分析，协助定期整理策略复盘材料并同步业务侧；

### 素材数据盘点
- 结合线上素材评分与投放数据，按平台和类型整理素材表现报表，为投放侧提供参考。
- 在校本科生或研究生，统计、数据、计算机相关专业优先；
- 对效果广告、线索运营或数据分析有基本了解，了解快手、抖音、头条等主流平台基本投放逻辑者优先；
- 有 SQL 基础、能读懂后台数据者加分，不作强制要求；
- 执行细心，沟通顺畅，能推进跨部门事项协调；
- 每周可到岗 5天，实习周期 3 个月以上。
