## Job description
- 负责协助特定垂类的内容及创作者管理；
- 以提高特定垂类的渗透为目标，协助分析制定运营活动并落地执行，以及评估效果迭代方案；
- 对不同类型的创作者细化分类，产出有针对性的运营方案，提升各项转化率；
- 与创作者保持密切沟通，挖掘其深层次的需求，帮助其在站内成长。
- 针对2024及以后的本硕毕业生，英语可作为工作语言，阿拉伯语加分；
- 实习周期3个月以上，每周实习不少于4天；
- 有一定的数据敏感度及分析能力，熟练使用Excel，对常用函数有使用经验；
- 短视频及常见内容社区重度用户优先，能够了解常见运营热点者加分；
- 性格活泼，工作踏实，具有较好的团队协作及沟通能力。
