## Job description

1、参与视频搜索业务优化； 2、负责搜索在线检索架构研发，优化系统稳定性、性能，设计灵活的策略架构支持搜索策略快速迭代。
- 熟悉信息检索理论，具备优秀的系统编程能力，有扎实的数据结构和算法等基础能力；
- 熟悉Linux开发环境，熟悉C++编程语言，精通网络编程、多线程编程，具备高并发服务系统研发经验者优先；
- 熟悉搜索引擎，对索引/检索/策略架构有较为全面的了解，有搜索/广告/推荐引擎相关工作经验；
- 对策略效果、产品迭代有自己的思考。
