## Job description
- 系统性的学习及参与校园招聘全流程，包括但不限于制度、系统、政策等方法论；
- 协助支持校园招聘活动宣传、方案筹备设计、落地执行等；
- 多维度校招数据的统计、汇总等工作支持，并通过诊断与分析输出建设性意见；
- 有设计能力，过往独立支持活动类物料设计需求工作。 1、2027届及以后在校生，本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、有人力相关实习经验，或校园活动策划经验； 3、擅长与人沟通，积极主动、踏实细心、自驱力强，逻辑清晰、理解能力强、擅长钻研和思考； 4、熟练运用PS、稿定设计、秀米等设计软件；
- 能够连续实习4个月及以上，每周出勤4天及以上者优先。
