## Job description
- 从业务经营管理视角，梳理搭建客户政策资源体系，联合商管团队，设计资源预算分配规则与评估机制流程；主要面向广告业务的直客客户、团购业务的商家和服务商等，涵盖返货类、流量类等形式的资源；
- 通过资源组合优化，助力业务目标达成；建立资源投入产出ROI模型，搭建数据指标体系，监控资源使用效率和效果，定期复盘并持续优化迭代政策方案；
- 理解医疗、商务、工农业等行业的业务做工逻辑，输出政策与资源相关专题分析，设计从分析到策略运营落地的机制，最终和业务一起拿到业绩增量；
- 定期调研行业竞对相关客户政策动态，并及时提出应对策略建议；按需要支撑新业务场景的资源投入决策。
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上商业化广告或资源管理相关工作经验；
- 熟练使用Excel、SQL等数据分析工具，对数据敏感，有统计学基础和广告业务理解；
- 完整负责过政策资源管理或策略运营类项目，具备全流程落地能力，优秀的跨部门协同与资源整合能力；
- 逻辑清晰，自驱主动、学习能力强、沟通执行力佳。
