## Job description
- 负责快手短剧分账体系的持续优化，通过商业产品设计和策略制定提升平台短剧市占率及分账收益，制定高效的全链路转化与变现方案；

### 构建广告与自然流量协同体系
- 贯穿客户全生命周期管理，优化自然流量分发逻辑提升内容触达效率；
- 搭建并运营短剧专属流量场域，对短剧频道的日活跃用户、使用时长及商业变现等核心数据指标负责；
- 高效协同内容运营、广告销售、算法、研发等多方团队，推动产品方案从规划到落地，并实现持续迭代优化。

### 行业经验
- 本科及以上学历，7年以上互联网商业产品经验；做过消费产品、直播产品相关工作者优先；

### 专业能力
- 深入理解信息流广告系统，理解自然流量分发逻辑（包括CTR/CVR预估、用户兴趣建模等）；

### 硬性技能
- 熟练使用SQL及主流数据分析工具；熟练使用AI工具；具备AB实验设计及效果分析能力；掌握用户行为分析与归因建模方法；

### 软性素质
- 数据驱动型思维，能通过数据挖掘业务增长点；具备商业敏感度，精准平衡用户体验与商业价值；拥有跨部门协作能力，善于推动多团队协同达成产品目标。
