## Job description

### 渠道体系搭建与管理
- 负责可灵AI渠道合作伙伴（代理商、分销商）的招募、分级、培育与考核，建立覆盖不同行业与区域的伙伴矩阵；制定并迭代渠道政策——返点规则、授权与报备机制、渠道冲突处理、伙伴分层运营策略；

### 伙伴赋能与业务支持
- 为合作伙伴提供可灵产品能力、接入方案与行业玩法的培训认证；协调内部产品、算法、解决方案、交付团队资源支持伙伴项目，推动伙伴与最终客户完成商机转化和业务落地；

### 业绩达成与过程管理
- 承担所辖渠道的年度／季度营收与新增伙伴指标，管理伙伴销售全过程（商机报备、方案共创、投标支持、回款），对渠道漏斗做数据化跟踪与预测，识别瓶颈并给出改进动作；

### 重点伙伴战略共建
- 主导头部综合性伙伴的商务洽谈、合作模式设计、协议签署与联合方案共创，推动合作从简单分销走向深度价值共创、长期绑定；

### 市场洞察与策略反哺
- 持续跟踪 AIGC／大模型行业的生态格局、竞品渠道政策与客户需求变化，联动产品与数据团队优化渠道政策、业务模型与销售工具链，沉淀可复制的行业生态样板案例。
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上大模型领域客户销售或渠道／生态拓展经验，兼具直销与渠道双重经验者优先；
- 有阿里、字节（火山引擎）大模型业务线，或头部大模型公司（智谱、MiniMax、月之暗面等）渠道生态岗位经历者优先；能带来可复用的伙伴资源与渠道方法论；

### 理解大模型AIGC的产品形态与商业化路径
- 熟悉能力调用计费、用量消耗模型、分成与转售模式等基本商业逻辑，能跟伙伴讲清楚"钱从哪来、利润在哪"；
- 敏锐的商业嗅觉与优秀的沟通谈判能力，具备较强的资源拉通、整合与业务闭环能力，能独立完成从伙伴接触到签约落地的全流程。
