## Job description

Deliver management reporting and analytical insights across business units, channels and product hierarchies, identifying trends and drivers for senior leadership; Develop team capability through coaching, training and exposure to modern reporting and analytics practices, building a strong bench of MR & Data Foundations talent in the GCC; Bachelor's degree in

Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field; 5+ years of experience in FP&A, controllership or finance transformation, with exposure to management reporting, KPI frameworks or data governance; Good knowledge of enterprise reporting platforms and modern self-service analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake); Solid practical ERP systems knowledge (SAP, Oracle, etc.); Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA) and/or MBA in

Accounting/Finance would be an asset; Demonstrated Project and Change Management abilities Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal; Solid analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail; Eagerness to learn and grow within a global finance environment; Collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude;
