Identify, prioritize, and drive critical business unit initiatives that drive profitable topline growth and market share that align to both the business unit and North American Zone's 3-year strategic plan. Translate external trends, macro forces, and competitive dynamics into actionable strategies to future-proof the business. 7+ years of experience in sales, sales planning, sales strategy, corporate strategy, strategic planning, management consulting, or a related field within the CPG industry. Bachelor's degree in business, management, economics, finance, or a related field. Proven track record in leading enterprise-level strategic planning and portfolio management. Strong business acumen with experience in consumer goods or related industries preferred. Experience driving commercial strategy in conjunction with cross-functional partners with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced matrixed environment. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. Strong communication skills as this role will be very cross-functional in nature & require someone able to work on multiple priorities at once. Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Strong collaborator and relationship builder across functions and geographies. Skilled at balancing long-term strategic goals with near-term operational priorities.
