## Job description
- Lead the development and execution of short‑ and long‑term marketing support plans
- Organize and guide cross‑functional teams and external agencies on commercialization projects
- Support annual planning and portfolio growth by generating insights and executing key projects
- Monitor business performance, category landscapes, and consumer and industry trends to surface insights and recommend actions that drive results
- Build expertise in data analysis tools to support decision‑making and performance evaluation
- 2+ years experience (marketing/brand/product management preferred)
- Strong ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable business insights, experience with Nielsen or IRI preferred
- Demonstrated passion for understanding consumer culture, behaviors, and trends
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage timelines Critical thinker and self‑starter who can manage competing priorities with urgency Collaborative communicator who can clearly and concisely share insights, updates, and recommendations
