## Job description

Supporting the development, training and deployment of the EHS Onboarding Process with the Global EHS community. Supporting cross-zone EHS Team on the analysis of EHS events to gain understanding on EHS performances and developing high level insights for EHS Global Community You are enrolled at a European university for at least 50% of the duration of the internship. You are at the end of your bachelor, or in your master's degree of Environmental Engineering/ Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a similar background.

Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills are required. You are willing to learn business tools (such as Canva, Tableau/ PowerBI, SharePoint etc.) and how those tools integrate into other functional work processes. You have excellent social skills, to interact with different partners, as you'll frequently be exposed to senior management. You are able to develop relationships with various team members from different functions, background and cultures.

You are proactive, curious, and enthusiastic. You're not easily thrown off your game, not even when you get resistance. Ability to lead multiple requests and priorities simultaneously. Influencing skills and international business/cultural sensitivity You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. Any other language is an advantage.

### NOTE

EU working rights are required (Either you have an EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands).
