## Job description

Own the integrated talent agenda, including talent reviews, succession, leadership development, critical role pipelines and proactive talent movement. Define future capability priorities and build high impact learning, coaching, mentoring, rotational and experiential development opportunities. Accelerate internal mobility and career growth, positioning Procurement as a destination for ambitious, high potential talent. Build a high performance, inclusive culture where people are empowered, challenged and inspired to grow.

Turn employee listening and people data into focused engagement, retention and organizational health actions with measurable impact. Coach leaders through performance and employee relations matters with sound judgment, empathy and appropriate risk management. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus. Significant progressive experience in strategic HR business partnering, talent or organizational effectiveness, ideally in a complex global environment.

Demonstrated impact across talent management, succession, leadership development, workforce planning, organization design and change. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people choices to commercial and operational outcomes. Exceptional executive influencing, stakeholder management, coaching and communication skills. A data-driven, pragmatic mindset and the ability to move multiple priorities from concept to sustained impact.

Fluency in written and spoken English.
