## Job description

As the Specification Data Management Specialist, you will support specification maintenance activities, PLM system support, and specification excellence. This role operates with autonomy in a dynamic, cross-functional, and integrated environment.

### Key Ingredients
- Support all spec data activities and processes and ensure data meets the correct requirements for PLM and downstream systems
- Manage complex specification workflows end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, regulatory and commercial compliance
- Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and drive approvals on schedule
- Implement updates due to internal or external change requests
- Support proactive data reporting, analysis, and correction Troubleshooting and system support for R&D; guides on policy, assist with resolving escalations
- Collaborate with International counterparts on system governance, efficiencies, and consistency
- Work in accordance with R&D/compliance/nutritional/legal/Food Safety/Quality requirements
- Ability to communicate in English and Chinese
- Proficient with specification databases, PLM systems, and ERP tools Working hours are including an early start to maximize the overlap with the Chinees time zone
