## Job description

### Budget & Administrative Support Processing Purchase Orders (POs)

Responsible for processing, confirming, and invoicing POs using provided forms and details, ensuring accuracy and timely handling of budget-related tasks.

### Raising POs

Manage the creation of POs by collecting and inputting relevant information from stakeholders, working closely with the team to ensure clarity and accuracy.

### Receipting POs

Ensure proper receipting of POs by following established guidelines and instructions.

### Processing Invoices

Handle the administration of invoices, ensuring they are processed efficiently and accurately for timely payments. Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on budgets, POs, and invoice processing. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in content management systems like ContentHub or Brand-Bank is a plus.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic project management skills with the ability to track timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Bachelor / Post Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience - preferably within Consumer Products / Retail industry domains
- Strong communications skills, should be able to drive discussion/presentations with senior stakeholders
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required Experienced within Food/Beverage Industry and/or Global Business Services (GBS) organizations is a bonus!
