Leverage data to identify opportunities and implement strategic solutions. Tracking and generation of cost savings initiatives across operations. Lead day-to-day operational communication with 3PLs and provide daily updates to leadership. Lead buffer site weekly and monthly review calls with site managers. Drive capital project execution. Partner with cross functional operations team to deliver results in the areas of service, cost, and quality. Co-develop pipeline productivity initiatives with site managers. Co-facilitate site startups when necessary. Engage transportation on productivity, cost, and carrier performances. Create purchase orders, review and approve invoices, and work with finance and vendors to resolve issues. Provide support and input during the annual financial budget process. Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 3 years General background in function area. Ability to create win/win solutions to problems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate clear and actionable operations models. Expert in Excel and Microsoft Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player, detail-oriented, proactive with a drive to deliver results. Experience utilizing or creating reports in tableau preferred.
